Nice hotel with friendly staff and breakfast personnel. Really enjoyed the cooked to order breakfast. Rooms were fine, but electrical outlets were not stable for charging cell phone. Only two were sturdy. Otherwise a very good experience, 3rd time staying here. And walk to El Paseo too.

Old room, paint peeling, bath fixtures striped not working. Cold shower. Old yucky window aircon system. Awful beds. If this is a premium hotel I really dread a non premium hotel. Will not ever stay here again. Some people loved the breakfast, cooked to order. We only eat light so not for us.

The hotel is old. They must've done a small renovation on the rooms as mine had new flooring, new bathroom counter and mirror, but they left the original plastic tub and covered the bottom with a stuck on plastic mat. You can feel the cracks and holes of the original tub underneath. If I had not been on the ground floor, I would've been terrified to fall through to the floor below. The bed was like sleeping on a brick. I asked management for a foam topper or anything to help because I spent most of the first night curled up on the small sofa. They smiled and said nope and that all the rooms probably had the same mattress! Do not stay here unless you like cheaply done makeovers and sleeping on cement.

We booked this property on a trip back to Arizona. We arrived around 7 pm. The positives: 1. The gentleman at the front desk was polite and gave great directions to the room. 2. The beds were comfortable 3. The towel presentation was nicely done. The negatives: 1. The hotel is old and worn. 2. The room was hot and the A/C mini split took 2 hours to bring the room to a temperature that was conducive to sleeping. 3. All of the ice machines on all 3 floors were broken 🤬. No ice 4. The door to our room was stuck. We had to force it open. 5. The shower was terrible. Water pressure was non-existent and the body wash dispenser had fallen off the wall and was just sitting on the side of the tub.
